I started on DDR home versions, so I didn't find out about the bar or speed modifiers until later (I originally thought the latter would be tougher). I started using them regularly around the end of 2009, about a year after I started passing 9's.

From 2010 to 2014, I was stuck on 10's as far as I knew (I did pass Charlene and Xuxa February 2010 and other charts rated 11 later, but thought they were misrated).

February 2014 is about when I started to get a better handle on passing 11's. I began to pass 12's about January 2015 (except I think I passed VerTex earlier because it's not really a 12 :p ).

To date, I have managed to pass about 42 charts rated 13, yet I often fail 12's...
